ESFP anger really doesn't get talked about enough BECAUSE of the perception of this type as perpetually fun-loving and even slightly shallow. ESFP anger can be HIGHLY destructive, and especially so to the ESFP! However, because of the ESFP's complicated relationship to Fi, it can also be extremely difficult to manage, even when the intention is there. Making matters worse is that many of the ESFP's natural traits are ones that contribute to stress in their life (like poor planning) and worsen the problem. Anger is not necessarily a feeling an ESFP will hang on to, as they like to live in the moment, and yet even THIS will create still more problems as it presents the ESFP with the ability to simply ignore the problem. It's a serious issue and yet so often overlooked...

Toxic ESFP is the worst. Cause they can never seat down and sort their problem out. They don't want to purposely put themself in a bad feeling to sort it out even if it benefits them cause they don't like thinking long term. They'll get strong burst of anger and when they cool down they don't even give a shit about why their angry, just holding on to the bitterness instead of confronting the person who make them bitter or why it happens. And then it repeats, it's annoying cause they don't see the point of sorting it out

I don't know if i'm an esfp..i can't find what type i am I don't always make the first move and i always think a little befoee saying something cause i really care abt what ppl think abt me.i always try to make my friends laugh and i like having the spotlight even if sometimes im invisibile and it hurts. Same,but I think you could be an ambivert so u act both extroverted and introverted at different times.Also each type has their shadow half or the negative half.The way you'll react in a certain situation is due to many factors such as current mood, people you're with,etc. but never you personality type alone.Hope that helps.

Why not doing the test? You could have a better idea. Even if it Can happen that you get différents résults everytime. They're probably things that will remind the same. Because of the percentage. I know that i'm definitly an XNXP. Everytime I do the test, I get the ENFP type but only the last Time, I got the ENTP type. My T/F And E/I are Always arround the 50% while my N And my P are always above 70%, I know it's not the best way to read it but this is how it works to me I know it's not the best way
