Hi wynngwynn. :) Sorry to take so long to reply but I only just found your comment. Sometimes KZbin doesn't send me notifications. Grrrr. To be honest, I really liked the location of Twin Arches, and the 'environment', but the existing house defeated me. Plus I go nuts if I don't have a view of some sort. :D
