Changing the funcionality of the Blights to only stun Oryx and not be the method of damage really ruined it for me tbh. Made Oryx unique among raid bosses and now it's just going to be the same 1 phase strategy to take him down after contest is lifted

The torn player sees platforms to dump on going counter clockwise. Jumping on the plates reveals the platforms but if say third plate jumps on too early the platforms are (in D1) misaligned and you gotta start again.

In D2 the person who steps on the glowing plate sees where the blight guard piece is and communicate to another person to stand on the plate underneath it. The randomly chosen torn person jumps between the two plates and grabs the piece. Doing this the third time gives the person brand claimer.

Relatively straight forward. Though the new mechanic of the blight bombs being used to open Oryx's weakpoint instead of directly damaging it will take a bit to get used to. Otherwise it sets the standard for epic raids in the future.

Considering they made the raid easier for new players to do supposedly because Bungie wants this raid to be a sort of introductory raid for new lights especially since it's free, my list is pretty straightforward. If we're strictly talking D2, which is what I'll talk about, then I'd say the order from hardest to easiest is this: Last Wish (With Riven Legit) Garden of Salvation Vow of the Disciple Kings Fall Deep Stone Crypt Vault of Glass Like I said, without Riven Legit, Last Wish would drop down before Kings Fall.
