Nice review. I'm looking to buy a friend's popup. I had a Retro style camper, but didn't like the fuss factor with shower, toilet, gray/black tanks, and high profile. I am back to tent camping and I think this type of popup is a step above a regular tent without all the fuss of the tanks, weight & high profile camper. Also this will fit into a garage, whereas the retro had to sit outside in the winter, which really bothered me. Thanks for the review!

Hi David no I didn’t have any issues with the clearance it was a flat panel , but even if you used a raised panel with brackets it should be an issue, I also have a portable 240 watt panel also that connects to the outside connector. Which is in the Otter Creek video. Thanks for the comment enjoy the adventures.

Are your support bars wedged into the edge of the black seal under the slides? I just got the same model and thats where mine seem to go. Not sure if thats correct.

The support bars goes into one of the three slots on the welded bracket and then on the top slot. Black end support bars in back white in front. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for sharing, I’m enjoying your adventures. I’ve got the exact same set up as you do, 4Runner Army Green TRD PRO & a 2019 1910 ESP, love them both. Do you use a Distribution Hitch? I’ve got about 2” of drop on the truck when loaded up.

Hey Steve thanks , this is the hitch I have it’s a weight distribution hitch but I’ve only need and used the hitch itself and adjusted the height accordingly. Since I do more off roading with it the hitch camper needs more freedom for articulation. www.etrailer.com/Weight-Distribution-Hitch/Curt/C17499.html I’ll show you the set up when I get some free time abs no I don’t have any drop. I’ve also added have duty bumper stops.

The rock wood proved itself over and over haven’t used any other trailer as in a popup.
