I'm not sure if any of the drones have side avoidance and if they do they probably wouldn't have been able to see a small steel cable. I guess I need to practice flying a little more. Haha

Great videos, love following the journey. 1 question why did you have to replace the tankless water heater already?

The tankless water heaters on the Villas were heating very erratically. When you went to take a shower it would start out hot, and then a minute later the heat would go off all together. Sometimes you would have to shut off the water for 30 seconds and then start the whole cycle again. Sometimes it would just go on and off every minute or so during steady hot water use. This happened at a critical time when we were only a week out from opening, and I had a million things to do. I spent several hours trying to troubleshoot and adjust the units, but I couldn't fix the problem. We made the call to swap them out so our guests would have consistent warm water. We left the one on the laundry room because it's not as important to have consistent hot water there.

There are a couple strange things that we like better from the US. One is tortilla chips. The style of tortilla chips that everyone makes here is very thick and hard. We like our tortilla chips thin, light, and crispy. There is one store bought brand here that is ok, but the best tortilla chips in Baja are Juanita's from Hood River, Oregon. Haha
