Watched McCarthy and there's something about him he just has it. NFL won't be to big for him he should have a really good career . He just makes plays that during the game put his team in a position to win. He doesn't get rattled always keeps his mind calm during the game Minnesota I think you have a legitimate franchise QB now who's young things just got a whole lot better for the Vikings . NFC North is going to be really tough on all the franchises whoever ends up winning it is going to be a Superbowl contender. The runner up in the North could be capable of winning a Superbowl. I like that "take what they give you" mentality, where Coach mentions not every play will be an 80 yard TD. Kirk Cousins is really good but did have a tendency to force it downfield rather than take the gimme. Very, VERY intrigued by a guy who is more conservative and only pushes it when it's required. In MN, hearing that he's a former hockey player certainly doesn't hurt either He'll fit right in, in the "State of Hockey." Welcome. Skol!

The league is QB hungry and has been for years now. The QB is everything to the teams because the defenses are awesome and the QB can always change the game with 1 play. Other teams wanted him, you have to go get him if you want to be sure you are getting him and can not just hope he falls in your lap(which in this case he basically did fall in there lap). I am willing to bet KAM was on the phone for every pick to that point until he got one that made sense and took it.
