If we’re gonna hold this little of a standard, then let’s keep that energy for all the other deserving prospects who have done minimal, and tell them that they should be drafted as well, because they too can be “developed.” James simply has not EARNED IT; and it is sad how so many other hard-working individuals will be looked over and passed up for this dude 💯

all these “experts” saying that this is the weakest draft class in the last 2 decades: these kids coming out the draft actually wanted to play college basketball and are getting penalized because people think they weren’t good enough to go one and done. wrong, there are some great freshman like Jared McCain and Rob Dillingham and then great seniors like Dalton Knecht and Zach Edey, it’s just like the 2024 QB class, covid year with traditional 3 years. another thing is-the American media is in denial that European basketball will be the top half of the best players from this class. 4 out of the 5 all NBA first team are European. just get with it.

All ESPN had to say was that LAL really didn't have a better pick, anywhere in this draft, so picking Bronny, isn't really that big of a deal, when you look at the list of players in the 2nd-round = if they said that, we wouldn't be here
@justified0045 ай бұрын
Dude this is a super weak draft class. That's not to say that some of these kids can't make it a career, but there's no clear cut "can't miss" players or big stand outs. The fact you are mentioning seniors that may go early is another sign because kids that played all 4 years rarely become anything. Also, there more foreign players projected to go early and most fans aren't familiar with them. In the NBA draft, the names that drive the media are 1 and done players or big names. This draft has none except Bronny.
@DaFactsNoNonsense17135 ай бұрын
@@justified004 so you're saying the players who are obviously better than Bronny, won't have a better career, while the kid picked #56, who's not better, WILL have a great career based on nothing you can say right now??????? It's pretty amazing to see how Lebron actively makes other people stupid, trying to rationalize all of this BS, he does so often = you're saying you're okay with "white supremacy", without saying it = anyone like Lebron, who acts like a racist white person, manipulating outcomes, while screwing other BLACK KIDS over, is the definition of PARTICIPATION IN RACISM/WHITE SUPREMACY = you must be proud of yourself, ignoring something so obvious to even stupid people #Merca

The NBA is now a hype and media circus. ESPN has not done a feature on any of the top 5 picks for the draft this year; no stats no interviews etc. But all they feature and talk about is Bronny; who by the way; they can't put up any stats for; bcz they just don't exist. Give him exposure bcz he's LeBron's son; fine; but what about the players better than him in the draft ESPN???

I've watched basketball all my life including the NBA and have seen 20ppg+ players go first round top 10 picks go bust and we've ALL seen number 1 picked players go bust. We've also seen players go undrafted become stars, low picked players become stars. There is always an interesting aspect with this process to see who really rises to the occasion.
