i think this was only about cities, not countries. Without ppl from around the country, toronto would never have had the biggest championship parade ever. As a frequent traveller around canada and the us, these are my 5: boston, sanfran/oakland, new york, philly, and detroit with very special consideration to dallas. Toronto somewhere in the top 10 though for sure.

All that to say I would assume that most of them are Torontonians especially because basketball has support here because of the melting pot Toronto is but its definitely not as supported everywhere else in Canada in my opinion

The Pistons haven't been good in the last decade and never sellout anymore, most Tigers and Pistons home games are full of opposing fans. We usually have one team in each major sport and thats what makes us soo unique. Toronto as a whole beats that entire list. Of course you can argue about historic franchises that have been around for many years. But our fan base? We're all in 100% no matter what. WIN OR LOSE. OUTSIDE THE ARENA AND INSIDE.
