So glad Rhamir had the success he had in this game. His game against Michigan at home in 2021 was such a great display of his skills. It was sad he struggled to stay healthy because he often looked like the best back on the team. Yes, it is the Pinstripe Bowl, and yes, they only finished 7-6, however, I consider this to be an important step for Matt Rhule and the program, this was an important win following the very disappointing end of the Iowa game, in which they dominated. I don't want to think of how we fans would feel had our Cornhuskers lost yesterday. (there was no excuse for having a punt blocked in the fourth quarter to make it a one-score game).

Matt Rhule has Nebraska on the right track, which is why Tom Osborne fully endorses him. Raiola will blossom into one of the best QBs in college football by the time he's a junior, and he stayed loyal to his school, which is a rarity in this era of college football. The only reason he committed to Ohio State and Georgia was because he was a confused teenager, and the media wanted him to be a frontrunner. His family talked him out of it. Look at the recruiting charts. Pretty soon, you're going to see Nebraska contending with Ohio State at the top of the Big Ten. So BC & UNC lost. It wouldn't surprise me to see ECU beat NCSU. Duke will get throttled with their starting QB entering the portal. SMU & Clemson are done. Then you take the results in basketball from the ACC / SEC Challenge. ACC sports are REALLY down right now and I can't be the only one to notice it. I have no idea if the conference is competitive in women's sports or baseball. But if things don't improve they could be viewed as a second tier conference and poached to death. And this is coming from someone who has been viewing ACC sports since the 70's. The number of schools that get into the NCAAT is going to be low this year, and the majority of teams that made bowls weren't bowl worthy despite their records.
