Kvara hasnt shown the type of talent to justify that price tag. Berardi has been doing what he did in the Scudetto winning season for the past 8 years even hitting 15 goals and 17 assists in 35 games(21/22) and he's never even talked about in the same sense, even in the Scudetto winning season which Kvara had 14 and 14 in 44 games Berardi had 13 goals and 7 assists in 28 games played, and was out injured for the rest of the season, even last season he 9 goals and 3 assists in 18 games played and Kvara was barely better while playing 45 games and leading his team to 10th in the league and the worsr title defense in Serie A history.

Regardless of release clause or not. Players usually have more power than clubs in such cases. No team would like to keep an unhappy player, it would just disturb the dressing room and no team would like to miss on money selling a player near its peak value. If they keep him, he's not happy and doesn't perform well, his price will decrease. If they don't reach an agreement and everyone is happy, he will leave

Alongside Victor Osimhen, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is better off getting out of that Napoli mess this summer. In the last 12 months, the club has been in turmoil on and off the field, they look like a complete mess because a season after winning Serie A, they finished 10th in the league meaning that they won’t get European football for next season and they’ve undergone so many managerial changes and the arrival of Antonio Conte means that he’s their 4th manager in the last year or so. Any player in that situation would want to leave a club where he knows that he won’t be playing in the champions league in the upcoming season. Even he his form has dropped off a bit and at times he didn’t always look like he was at his best and he wasn’t his usual self. He should leave Napoli, I mean you don’t want to be part of a ship that’s been sinking for a while now and he shouldn’t renew his contract at a club that he’s not going to stay at forever.

Don’t blame him. I love when teams mount up a challenge the usual title winners. So I loved this Napoli team for a reason but they just imploded structurally.
