Anthoney It's true though, 9/10 times. Conor is a phenomenal mixed martial artist but that's not boxing. Boxing is completely different than MMA, not everybody understands that. I offer u this You dummies like to use this excuse when Conor himself said multiple times in the build up to the fight that it “was the best he ever felt leading up to a fight” and that his camp was great. It was only once he was embarrassed that people ran with the Jon Jones excuse (which Jon used after won, by the way) which was that he wasn’t focused on fighting. Only a fool would’ve underestimated Khabib especially after the tension in the build up, and Conor may be impulsive but he is no fool.

fascinating interview - I found this to be the most genuine version of Conor I've ever seen...almost no showmanship like he's known for. And honestly i like this version of him. I can root for this guy - the humility, the gratitude for others. He's getting wiser through his experience. I find myself rooting for him. He was authentic here. He seems to be very sharp mentally, which is going to spell trouble for Cerrone, IMO.

@@j.a4923 I'm not saying that he's changed for life or that he's going to be perfect from now on. But he does show very promising signs. I also think that feedback is very important to influence people's behavior so if people praise him for acting like this then he's more inclined to keep acting like this. Also, every evidence I have now is pointing to him changing his ways so there is no reason for me to think that's not the case. Even if it turns out different eventually.
