Ngannou's story is certainly motivational. But I'm constantly amazed by how good his English is. He seems to be from the Francophone part of Cameroon, also going by his brother giving the interview in French. So it means in addition to building a career in MMA/boxing, he mastered another language. Anyone who has had to learn a new language as an adult will tell you, it is not easy.

Technically elite? Bro what on earth are you talking about lol
@RunForPeace-hk1cuАй бұрын
He's alot more technical then you think. He has good fighting instincts and a quick learner.
@musicmetalmartialmotorАй бұрын
@@RunForPeace-hk1cu i dont think or have caliber to asses as a trainer, but what i meant was the overall technical prowess, i have been watching UFC since 2008 and have a bit of understanding on how to watch fights not just for entertainment but also enjoy the strategies involved both offensively and defensively. Elite HWs are very few who had the overall game, like stipe, tom, cain, DC, werdum, Jones etc. You may argue on few of them but these guys can manage stuff anywhere as part of the match..this what i meant. For HWs, elite status is not needed if they have one shot one kill power.. like Ngannou... may the best man win!!
@fightthefeelingАй бұрын
@@musicmetalmartialmotorFrancis is a lot more elite than you’re still stating, he was able to lose to Stipe (considered one of the greatest HW’s) & then came back & knocked him out. Shows technical prowess & technique, power does lots but not everything, this was shown through Deontay Wilder & Tyson Fury. Not the same genre of fighting but the same caliber, strength wins early fights, technicality makes you a champion like Ngannou.
@maxenzie5798Ай бұрын
@@musicmetalmartialmotor Francis isn't just a one punch fighter. People forget, he beat Cyril Gane just with his wrestling and on one knee too. He took down Stipe Miocic.
