You have no idea what you have done for me! I fell off a roof in 2004 from a 25' roof and landed head first. I broke and fractured my back in 8 places. I gave up trying. I love Francis. Such a cool humble dude. Plus he’s an animal inside the cage. Also at 15:21 people might think will is milking it for the camera, but taking a shot from a professional is no joke. Especially as someone who’s not used to it. Inside the cage these guys make it look effortless and painless, but body shots and leg kicks are probably the most painful thing you could endure. Speaking from experience

@@Monscent No he is not. Did MMA for about 2 years. First time I got a few leg kicks I, which were light (punishment for coming late) I couldn't walk for 3 weeks. Like literally walk. If your body is not used to this kind of pain, which 99% of population simply isn't, this is a normal reaction, coming from probably the hardest puncher on earth.

@kibbit1373 lol, same. I thought I might want to try MMA (since I was doing well in jiu jitsu), but one of the first real leg kicks was one of my more painful experiences in my life. Woke me up multiple times a night for almost a week and about 2 weeks to walk normally. After that a big nope for MMA for me, lol.

One thing, of many, that I really enjoy about Will's videos is that he's into bodybuilding but does not sway from trying other areas of fitness and physical challenges. As a BJJ guy, I'd love to see a video of him trying out BJJ and doing some post class rolls. Regardless, great video!
