@Daniel Valdez @Daniel Valdez Absolutely is! He's a dirty fighter, always has been. And DC has been shitting on him for it, for years! Ironic, isn't it? Well, as much of a dickhead as Jon Jones is.. At least he never denied it, or pretended to be some righteous, honorable, sportsmanlike individual.. That's what DC does. He's pretending to be all those things, when in reality he's just as bad as Jon. So it's worse, because at last Jon doesn't hide it. I used to be a DC fanboy, but have lost all my respect for him in 2018..

DC is #1 in my opinion. He beat the best competition in the two heaviest divisions. John was taking some form of enhancement. I know many guys who enhance, its amazing the boost in strength they get from such micro doses. Their recovery is ridiculous too. That small boost in strength and recovery would make a huge difference in any grappling exchanges. That's where DC was having trouble with John. If John was 100% clean his whole career those grappling exchanges may have looked very different.

jkang9905 I meant that like please fight and retire already so that we can be done with this guy. I'm mad that he didn't even mention Stipe, he keeps talking about Brock. He keeps hating on Jones when if it wasn't for Jones being a fuck up, much like myself, DC would have never been UFC champion. I hate how he talks about "I've had it set in my mind that Jones wasn't coming back so I can't readjust my mind to fight him again." They don't need to fight again because he already lost to him twice, I get it. I'm sorry but I've never liked DC until he beat Stipe with that tactical noodle arm and right hand and put Stipe out, then I liked DC for a few weeks/ months until he started decided to duck Stipe and go for the Brock fight. The Brock fight is fun don't get me wrong but Stipe deserves the title shot, it's better for the integrity of the championship if the so called greatest heavyweight of all time, who defended the title more than anyone ever gets the immediate rematch. If you want Brock, drop the belt and fight the super fight.

I always found it strange to see DJ as Pound for Pound #1. I mean he's a flyweight and would most likely lose to everyone from light weight and up. At least with DC you can actually legit say he's P4P #1.
@Snail678
@Snail678 6 жыл бұрын
thats not what pound for pound means. It means "in a world where DJ and X fighter were the same weight, given their talents, DJ wins". The weight class (or classes) you compete in isnt supposed to impact p4p. The only exception being if you went largely untested (like DJ did) then being in a less common weight class should hinder your rank. I think this fact alone, and his unwillingness to be challenged by the studs at 135, were enough reason to never have DJ #1 to begin with. I dont take issue with DJ or anyone, just trying to be objective

Cormier/Jones 3 is not needed. For all intents and purposes, no matter what the records say, Jon Jones beat Daniel Cormier twice. And honestly, after the second fight was changed to a no-contest, DC should have denounced the Light Heavyweight Title. DC never should have went to 205 in the first place because Cain Velazquez hasn't fought since DC started his campaign in that division. If DC hadn't dropped down to 205, he would have been Heavyweight Champion a lot quicker than he did. He would be the undefeated, undeniable, undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World.

Why wouldn't DC fight JJ if he wasn't scared? JJ is considered the goat by many but its controversial, so why doesn't DC want to fight him to prove he really is the goat? The fight is a huge draw and that really is the fight to make to see who really is the best. The fact DC doesn't want it tarnished his goat status

I will click on anything with the Double Champ in it. Its a shame that ill never get to see him fight (cause I'm sure the Lesnar tickets will be thru the roof).

Would you want to race against Lance Armstrong after Armstrong was caught and they let him back in? Hell no, no respect for Jones. DC you are the true champ, much respect brother.

Statistically if DC and Jones fight again, DC should win unless it’s a 9 out of 10 thing. I feel DC could beat him

Cormier could have brought his laptop octagon side and resumed talking to Kevin Gates DURING the fight. He made it look so simple. I wish both fighters had more rest time though.

Jj Boss khabib is not on DC’s level, just stop it. DC is a top 3 fighter EVER, khabib has yet to prove he is top 20 all time. He certainly could break the top 10 if he beats 4 or 5 former champs or wins a title at welterweight. He just doesn’t have the resume to even be in the same sentence as DC. If khabib beats like woodley or GSP he could put himself in the top 10 convo but until then just stop it. What top fighters has Khabib beaten? Look at DC’s resume. It’s not even close. DC stands for DOUBLE CHAMP.

I'm gonna set it straight first... I'm a Jones fan. The 5 G.O.A.T.'s of U.F.C. are GSP, DC, Demetrius Johnson, Jose Aldo, Stipe Miocic(That's right, I said Stipe). No official steroid pops for any of them. That PED thing really has to stop. My list would have been Jon Jones, Anderson Silva, GSP, Royce Gracie, Randy Couture. You gotta take away G.O.A.T. status for PEDs sadly.

DC embodies everything Dom Cruz isn't. Weak minded. 2 year lay off after a loss. STILL no fight booked! DC lost, won his belt back, won a new one, defended it. What has Dom done? Nothing this year and the year before lol

M. Smelyansky Wrong! Dom is not weak minded but just injury prone lol He was set up to fight late last year but was forced to pull out due to injury. He will come back though and hopefully fight a top 5 contender(personally I would want to see him fight Cody before fighting TJ due to him losing to Cody)(also it seems that TJ is setting up to fight Henry:/)

Alan your also wrong lol Dc is definitely one of the greatest to ever do it. And that’s coming from a big time Jones fan. It’s hypocritical to say Dc won against Stipe just because he eye poked him when Jon Jones popped for Steriods in that knockout loss. I am hoping Jon wins vs Alex clean this time so it can set up a 3rd match vs Dc. Which i do personally think Jones will still win just based of how fucking skilled he is.

Yeah the guy who tore his acl on both legs and mcl idk 4 times in 4 years and DIDNT retire is weak minded. That same guy who came back after all that time and finished a top 5 fighter in the first round is weak minded. The guy who was set back ANOTHER year due to more injuries and still came back to beat tj dillashaw is weak minded. Shut the fuck up
