I really enjoyed listening to this video and to Stuchiu and his thoughts specifically. For someone who has never even watched SC2 I found this incredibly interesting and overall enjoyable

Stuchiu really knows his shit, was really interesting to listen to. Just a critique in case you ever decide to do more stuff on youtube, try and slow your pace when speaking. It becomes a little choppy when it goes from a super fast speaking pace, pause and then super fast speaking pace again. You really do have alot of knowledge about the game though and it was very interesting listening to you, good job!

Maybe edit the title to "ft.'" or "with" *person*. I'm not a Sc2 player so I thought it would be about a player called stuchiu. Not that important but hey. 8 minutes in and enjoying it, keep up the great work

Goodbye Proleague and most of sc2, you'll be missed. I'll miss watching the miracle Taeja runs, Mvp winning everything, MC's personality, Polt's streams, Homestory cups, and much more.

@leonrambach1216 8 жыл бұрын
michael hatem What? Did I miss something? I know that taeja retired recently, MVP isn't playing anymore and Polt too because he goes to the army now as well as ForGG. But is ProLeague going to be stopped? Or WCS?

thorin is the rain man of esports, how can he remember so much stuff from many esports. Even the ones he doesnt seem follow that closely he can still give good set ups for his experts, while i would be there just sitting like: "Yeah that name rings a bell" and not "player xyz was super sick at tournament xyz"

I'd like it if when you cover the major games, you cover the same ones with different personalities - I'd love to see some lists that have completely different opinions to others, especially if it's people with strong personalities who don't just follow the consensus

What about MKP or Innovation?
@flarre7106
@flarre7106 8 жыл бұрын
Wow this was really nice and took me down the memory lane:) But I cannot believe you didn't pick MC D: I mean speaking of iconic players. My top 4 would be MVP (obviously) MC, maybe not the the most skilled but a multiple champion, a fantastic personality that made him loved by everyone (well almost everyone), he is honestly the best thing that ever happened to starcraft 2.. damn I am actually triggered he wasn't picked :P sOs just because of his crazy style and his big tournament wins. I mean there is literally no other player that plays like him. You could tell from his playstyle that he just thought about the game in a completely different way than everybody else. Not to mention he managed to always show for real when the big tournaments came along, I mean he wasn't called $O$ for nothing. Stephano, the level of domination he showed, even against koreans was outstanding for a for a foreigner he even did decently in proleague, not to mention he had a huge impact on how the game was played, when he first busted out he was using this new style in zvt with heavily upgraded lings and then went in to ultras which wasn't really used that much before him. He later lay the foundation in zvp (which is still used to this way) the fast third expo (around 3 min, with hots time), which he then evolved in to his roach max and then later he was one of the pioneers of broodlord infestor (which I guess maybe isn't something we should praise...) Honorable mentions, Innovation, the best mechanics sc2 have ever seen, some good results and he had this robotic aura regarding everything he did (both in game and in interviews) that made him seem like a stone cold killer, but in the end, as mentioned, he only had results when t had a favorable meta game and when he wasn't winning everything he quickly got forgotten.. Maru, crazy consistent and a really flashy style but he didn't have the personality or enough big wins to justify. Parting, Rain, Zest, Classic. Really skilled players with big tournament wins, but sOs just eclipse them, both in big wins and in flashiness. soo, his 4 consecutive gsl finals is imo the most impressive feat ever in starcraft 2, but other than that he doesn't really have the personality nor the flashiness to justify a spot on my list.

This was quite hard for me to follow, stuchiu kept stuttering and going back a few seconds and re-confirming what he said. I understand stuchiu isn't quite use to talking like this for so long (such as thooorin) but it was still quite hard to follow at time. Much appreciated - just some feedback.

You make a good point tbh, but it would be nice to see all roles represented and we would get to see answers to tough questions like: Best adc: Deft/WeiXiao/Imp? Best jungler: Dandy/Clearlove/Bengi? Best top: ?? maknoob ?? (srsly though who is best top ever?) Also isn't top 3 already Faker/Mata/Misaya. Are we going to want to see a video about who the 4th head would be? P.S. even if it is I'd still watch it :D

Mvp/Life/MC/Taeja is mine off the top of my head but tough, also considered Parting, Rain, Nestea, Zest, Polt, Maru, MKP, Stephano, Naniwa (these aren't necessarily the best players ever)
