Espresso Display 2 Review - improved in every way

I considered getting this and watched a bunch of videos on it but then started looking into an iPad Pro using sidecar and I determined that was the better option since I can also use the iPad without the computer. Got an iPad for even cheaper than the espresso

OK, now this is a review. My only nit is not seeing the range of the stand which is a huge draw. If I’m using my 14” M1 Pro MBP I want this monitor to go a low as possible. I can’t seem to find any evidence that it can be lowered enough to basically touch the table or desk it’s sitting on. However, your review was deep and showed me why I want this for my MBP. I’m assuming it will work with my Dell 14” too.

The screen will drain your battery quicker. My MacBook air with the 15 inch display I noticed needs to be plugged in after three or 4 hours?. I haven't timed it yet

Does it work on ipad as well? Second screen for ipad in a plane is great when travelling together

I think I have the original. I purchased the 15 inch display off eBay recently. It was cheaper. It is not a touch screen but works the same as you demonstrated. I purchased the stand direct from espresso. How does this compare to the touch screen model? Is it worth it to upgrade. I'm interested in the pen. Also the screen is not as clear as my MacBook air. It works well though for what's I'm doing. How does the new model compare in definition?

This is what I did, I went with a 12.9 instead of this. With universal control i can control the iPad, share stuff between it but if i need a dual screen but keep the touch ability, i use duet, I use duet mostly with Zoom etc. Yes its slightly smaller but the main thing is I dont need a cable.
