Essence, are you ok?

There are so many products I love from Essence. Their eyeshadows are crap imo! I basically buy all my mascaras from them, super cheap but super effective. I love their bronzer stick (baby got bronze), very good color for my palest skin, and blended with a brush it's not patchy on me. I also like their liquid blushes even though the packaging is crap. I like the black gloss you also got. I adore their lipsticks in the traditional bullet format: colours are great, formulas comfortable, last for very long (my lastest favorite neutral brown lately has been their shade My Advice, not peachy at all!)

I bought the all-shimmer Sin City Essence palette when I was traveling and had no eyeshadow. I kind of love it. I like how it's now my designated travel palette if the focus of the trip isn't taking pictures. It's not my precious, so I don't care if it gets dinged up or breaks.

With long nails and gooey products, I learned from a friend to use the backside of your nail to get them out of a jar, then one wipe will clean the nail because nothing gets underneath. I prefer that to a separate applicator.

My favorite lip liner is from Essence! They discontinued the exact one I have, but hopefully the new line is just as good and you enjoy it. 🤞🏻 The cheek products look beautiful! 👌🏻

essence changed all products to vegan. the eyeliners work very well in my waterline. the bronzer stick is a bit yellow leaning on me, but very easy to blend. essence mascaras flake on me like crazy. the little cardboard palettes are so good. and they have a nice eyeshadow primer too. the sister brand catrice got better too.

I love the essence highlights (I have the original and sunlighter shades) more as a finishing powder and a brow bone blending highlight! I use when I’m just wearing sunscreen or a very sheer skin tint because it looks good in person vs a stronger highlight 😊
