Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
5 garlic cloves
1 onion
170ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth or warm water
170ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
handful of Parsley
juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
