700g / 1.5 lb Boneless rib eye
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion
1 Garlic clove
8 oz / 230g Mushrooms
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Butter
Add 1 tbsp Flour
2 cups / 480 ml beef broth
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup / 200ml Sour cream
Seasonings:
Salt and black pepper
Serving:

Essen if you use baking soda to tenderize your meat it will become so tender no matter the cut. I use it on steaks, and beef products. Just sprinkle on the meat and cover and place in the refrigerator for about an hour. I vacuum seal it and leave it 24hours. Then you wash it very thoroughly in water till the baking soda is dissolved and washed away. That is a must. Then season and cook. You won’t taste any of the baking soda. Try it and if you don’t agree no harm done))

Everytime I watch a skilled chef go through an onion like that in record time with a huge knife, I'm always amazed they still have all their fingers. It shouldn't surprise me.
