Essential CrossFit Gear Guide! - What's in my BAG?!

Just in time for the 2017 Open! Good thing 17.1 required minimal equipment.
In this video I go over all the stuff I ACTUALLY USE on a daily basis when I'm not reviewing things, sometimes even if I am. I trust and count on this gear to help me through my training so it's easy to make these recommendations. Granted, you might need to be a little more invested into CF because some of this stuff is a little more expensive than entry level. I'll do a full on entry level video soon!

Great video Joel. Is there a shoe compartment in this bag? I thought there might be but didn't see it I the video.

Thanks! There is a shoe compartment on the bottom that's vented! The problem, like most shoe compartments is that it takes up space in the main compartment as well...I still use it though!

So other than the Reebok being more dirt friendly, which backpack did you like better? In the first impression video you favored the King Kong but hadn't used the Reebok. I don't know why, but the main zipper placement on the Reebok looks more functional to use like a duffel. Maybe because I always use a duffel but I like that style entry for packing clothes.

Greg Geis I like the fact that I can just throw the Reebok around and the main compartment is gigantic. I still take the King Kong around for like carry on or just when I wanna look nice but it's not my gym bag. Both are dope, just depends on the style you like.

Carlos Emmanuel Mercado Flores right now I'm wearing the Nike Metcon DSX reppers and Asics conviction X. Overall I would say strike movement Chill Pill or Nobull though.

What do you have attached to the side of the backpack? Looking for something to attach to mine to carry wet clothes

Hey Andre, this is just the stash bag they sell on the CrossFit site...not big enough for much else other than jump ropes or wristwraps. I just usually throw my stuff in the underside compartment, but Datsusara makes a great dry bag you could probably throw inside.

There are only one 6.0's... no alternative... nothing is just that good all-round as these. You can get them somewhere for sure. There's still a lot on the market.
