For anyone wondering, it can fit a 15.6 Inc laptop witch makes its perfect for traveling. kzbin.infoUgkxhqixo9uZ1YyoCn9PYPPCh4S-n-1Z-vJl I got the small size and its pretty big, I would even say that you can be fine with an extra small one. With the small you can fit a 15.6 inch laptop, 2 - 3 jeans or panta and at least 4 to 5 shirt and a pair of shoes(if you travel more than you go to the gym of course) and you will still have a lot of space to spear if you know how to organize it. Overall I LOVE IT.

yah know I have followed her career and been a fan for a long time of her and her husband. I have learned so many things in regard to lifting and have made big jumps in my delts as far as muscle development from the knowledge acquired from their vids, But even with all that said it is so shocking to hear that she is 37 years old and in such great shape. I mean honestly looks wise she looks way younger goes to say being in shape does anti-age like the fountain of youth on some level.

Interesting. I have none of those things in my gym bag. I have 2 big water bottles, a towel, two or three dry shirts to change into throughout the workout, gym chalk, ear plugs (there’s nothing quite like getting that painful last rep while Selina Gomez or whoever is howling in your ear! Like an ice cream headache thru the speakers!!! Earplugs are also good for blocking out people who intentionally clang weights around for attention. The smaller the guy, the louder he slaps those damn Itty Bitty cable weights down!), bandaids and deodorant. I was thinking about getting some traffic cones to set up around my bench to keep grandma carrying the exercise ball from walking into the barbell while I’m benching 275.

Most Fitness Gyms don't use a lifting platform for the deadlifts and back squats... they use a rubber floor... people don't use hard-soled lifting Footwear...gyms don't have expensive regulation Olympic bars... fitness gyms are not for the hardcore lifter... gyms are filled with bad form ego lifters... training belt lifting straps knee wraps are intimidating to others and unnecessary!
