Was watching this video after first watching part 2 in order to find the answer about spasticity in ankle and leg. You said, watch my first video….the answer is not found yet.

Thanks for the clarification. This is not an exercise for "spasticity". The first video will give you easier options if spasticity is making the exercises in the second video too difficult. I hope that helps!
