Keys, I put mine on a carabiner and clip that to a belt loop on my jeans. I also keep a nail clipper on my key ring too. I too use the personalized Thank You note with candy. Dollar Tree is a good place to buy supplies for this.

Drop off is an order you go and pay for, then drop off. Drop off prepaid is one you drop off that's already been paid for.

A valuable tool i use a lot is a pack of post it notes and a pen. I get a lot of no response, or landline orders that have out of stock items. If the customer doesn’t reply to my text, I leave a Post-it note on the item I had to substitute. It prevents them from leaving you a bad rating for a bad substitution or something like that

A must have for me is a rapid cig charger and a fast charging all screen phone with decent battery capacity. Another is a spare key paired with a quick release magnet. Nothing would be worse than locking your keys in the car with an order complete, well maybe an accident wreck. I like the thin hot/cold bags for reasons: single zip, store more bags in less space, folds fast and neat.

I take a notepad and pen in my cross body satchel because I get a lot of orders where I have to order the multiple meats at the deli. I just write down what the customer requests including special notes and hand it to a Deli employee. Then I'm free to do the rest of my shopping while the meat is being prepared and I can pick it up before checkout. The store employees in my area are familiar with this method and prefer we do it this way so we can get the customer their groceries quickly

I recently ordered the collapsible wagon and the insulated bags; the bags should be arriving tomorrow. While I don't wear the fanny pack, I have a Scottevest which has many pockets and serves the same purpose.

While I recognize the products are a bit on the expensive side, the brand markets heavily on simplifying the experience of going through airport security (which really does, speaking from experience as one who works at a major US airport and my mom having had two hip replacements). The only challenge I see is trying to make the shipt logo visible in the colder weather, as I live in Michigan.

So, I bought some candy wrappers from a candy making store, (I had them prior to having this idea, but you can probably get something similar in the candy making section at Walmart or Michael’s, hobby lobby, etc.) and I literally wrapped 3 pieces of candy in a wrapper and taped a message on top to package it all together!

Shipt needs to show the items for Party City orders. It is ridiculous 99% of the time when you go to pick up and there are 100 balloons which cannot even fit in a 4 door mini van. Avoid Party City orders unless you want to endure suffering

I keep my keys on a lanyard around my neck. I can click the end off and on. This way I have my keys right where I know where they are, and also I can hit my car beeper easy instead of digging in my pockets.

I keep coolers in my car, hot and cold bags. I have a portable Bento lunch box that I can plug into the car or an electric socket. I just put in my food frozen or cold, and after about an hour I have hot food to munch on. Believe me seeing all of the food and fast food makes you want to spend money that you really need to save!

The shipt website strictly says no one should be working with you, but I do see a lot of people with their kids doing it! I personally wouldn’t because it would slow me down. But I do 4-6 orders at a time
