You said Skarsnik is weak. I disagree. The other LL's may be stronger but his faction drowns the world in goblins. -40% recruit and upkeep cost will give a significant advantage to other greenskins factions throughout the game.

Why does the abbility for the nasty skulkers exist? Isn't the only scenario where the meele attack/weapon damage matters when they are in combat anyway? Why not just give them increased stats?

The ability has been updated quite alot, it used to be flanking only for example.
