I use it to make smoothies, soups, ground nuts-seeds, nice-cream, creamy nuts to add to soups (instead of coconut milk), and so many more things!!! Thanks for the video!

I know!! It was considered. I have a longer list in my upcoming cookbook. Poor blender had to take a back seat to the immersion blender...though I do use my blender every single day 🥰

I got an enamel lined cast iron pot from Aldi for only £25 (I live in the UK). It was such a bargain and is so good! Definitely recommend them for their versatility

I have all sorts of kitchen tools and small appliances that I use as needed, but what I use every single day is my electric kettle and coffee press. I've never bought an iron skillet because all of mine are antique family heirlooms.

I recently had to replace the bowl, but it was totally my fault, I was cooking 🧑🏿‍🍳 while very tired and I misused the appliance! Don’t do that with the older stuff because it’s not easy to get replacement parts!! 😅

I love when you share your kitchen essentials. I purchased the Kitchenaid Go food chopper because I don’t always want to pull out my 14-cup Cuisinart food processor (even though I love it). I also picked up a hand mixer that’s part of the Go line since I don’t have a mixer and needed one.

My fave is my heavy-duty cast iron skillet by Emeril Lagasse, 12 years plus & seasoned after each use. Best decision switching to wooden cooking utensils! On my wish list are a food processor & Kitchenaide standmixer with the glass bowl.

@@SweetPotatoSoul I have two clay pots. One is a Japanese donabe and the other is from Amazon. I rather like cats so the Amazon one is black with cartoon cats on it. I use it to make my vegetable stock. It’s bigger than my Dutch oven. I have not tried the Mexican pots yet.

One of my favorite tool is my Vitamix. It doesn't matter how fibrous the veg is it liquefies everything. I like to make kale shakes and smooth soups. It is amazing. It's the only way to get my husband to eat veggies. I throw liquid flavor and it tastes good enough for my lucky man to eat. Also, a coffee grinder. I don't use it for coffee I use it for fresh dried spices and anything I need fine powdered.

Yay, Jenne’ you’re back! 💕 Hope your 2nd cookbook is about vegan air fryer recipes since that’s your favorite. 😉 I love my Le Creuset dutch oven and Vitamix blender. Adding to your list is the Nama J2 juicer. It makes pulp free juices, plant milks, soup base, sorbet and juicing lemons and oranges with skin on a breeze. All three are worth every penny and make kitchen tasks so much easier.

Wood is best for keeping a good sharp edge to your knives. Plastic and stone will dull the edge.
