The clause had a provision that damages of Rs. 8,000,000 would be paid in the event of a breach and specifically stated that this was by way of damages. In 2016, Arsalan and his wife returned to Karachi and opened a hotel in his wife’s name to which Arsalan had made a substantial financial contribution. Consequently, Bilal sued Arsalan for damages of Rs. 8,000,000. Explain the likely outcome.

Mam I want to ask a question that as u said in the lecture that lawful object and consideration is essential for a valid contract. Now pls tell me that since alcohol and tobacco companies are running their business which is illegal in eyes of law so do these companies are allowed to enter into any contract since their existence is illegal ? and do they get any benefit of this Indian contract act?

Madam I am from india I have some questions about foreign trading(forex trading),bitcoin trading(virtual currency trading) and income tax. Could you please give answers to my questions. Questions: 1)can I do forex trading(foreign trading) with foreign brokers without breaking RBI FEMA(foreign exchange management act) i.e.,By using online payment processors like paypal,payeer,perfect money to storing the foriegn currencies and converting foriegn currencies into inr(indian rupee)then transferring the inr into my indian bank account. Note:Here i am not using bank for converting currencies(INR(Indian rupee)-foriegn currency and foriegn currency-INR) so that india central bank(RBI) not loose any foriegn currency reserves.so that i am not doing any harm to the foriegn currencies reserves in india 2)Can i do forex trading with the help of NRI(non resident of india)i.e.,for example i lives in india and my friend(Telegram friend/facebook friend/whatsapp friend/any friend) lives in foriegn country where forex trading is legal.I am giving money to him and he do forex trading with that money and gives profits to me.my question here is doing forex trading with the help of foriegn friend is legal in india or not. 3)I want to invest in a foriegn company where i can get hourly/daily profits.If that company is making profits by forex trading then it is legal or not to invest in that foriegn company/foriegn online websites in indie Note:Here also i am not using bank to send money to the foriegn company(foriegn online websites).I am using online payment wallets like Paypal, payeer and perfect money etc.. 4)If a foriegn company/any company/online websites is doing virtual currency trading(bitcoin trading) and making hourly/daily profits then investing money from my indian bank account in that foriegn company/any company/online websites is legal in india or not. Note: from march,2020 vurtual currencies legal in india(banks can provide facilities to the bitcoin/virtual currency traders after supreme court lifts the rbi ban on virtual currency) so that i can deposit/transfer money from my indian account to the foriegn company or rbi bans my account by doing this. 5)I earned dollars from a play store app and i converted it into bitcoins.now i have bitcoin i send it to my friend(foriegn friend/indian friend/any friend) and he do bitcoin trading( virtual currency trading) and give profits to me this is legal in india. 6)What are the punishments given if i break FEMA(foriegn exchange management act) in india. 7)Describe RBI FEMA(foriegn exchange management act) in the perspective of forex trading. 8)I started earning big money from July 2020.I have to file Income tax in the end of year or i can file income tax in 2021/2022 year. 9)What are the punishments for not filing income tax. 10)Earning money through PTC(paid to click) websites is legal in india
