THE LADY INSPECTOR WAS FULL OF HERSELF AND SAID AN INTEREST THING "TWO WRONGS DONT MAKE A RIGHT." SHE WAS REFERRING TO THE LEAVINGOUT OF SENSITIVE MATERIAL AS BEING WRONG BUT STILL MEANTAINING THAT PHOTOGRAPHING SAME WASOT RIGHT. WHAT SHE FAIS TO UNDERSTAND IS IF IT CAN BE SEEN WITH THE EYES THEN THAT IS THE OFFENCE. FILMING IS THE EVIDENCE OF THE OFFENCE. JUST REPORTING THAT YOU HAVE SEEN A BREACH OF SECURITY IS NOT ENOUGH(IT WOULD BE DENYED IN COURT) THE VIDEO EVIDENCE WOULD BE PROOF.
