Very helpful video. Recently purchased an 8 and did this test to comfirm that I have compression. Not running yet but now I know it's not the engine just a bad part somewhere. 👍👍👍

Sean Pearce while that “technique” is doable it’s not what we refer to as a poor mans compression test. We believe there are essentially 2 options. This poor mans test of good to confirm if you have compression loss causing your poor running. If you actually want meaningful numbers then I’m my opinion the only real option is to get a proper test carried out.
