I used to laugh at these white jeans, Nickelson Jacket wearing little trendies as I was a long haired grunger from down the road at the Ilford Island. It's funny to look back and see we were all doing the same thing in our little tribes... Having fun with mates, listening to tunes we loved and trying to impress the girls. Peace out ☺️

Oh wow. I used to live 5mins walk from The Oak. What a shite hall it was. The Venue, went there a few times but we went to Time and Envy a lot. And Phil, I think he is a security guard at Romford now! This brings back so many good memories, though.

The best days. Beers at the royal oak pub in barking, jump on the bus outside that dropped you right to the door of 5th. The main room and garage room were 👌🏻. You’d have a blinding night and spend about a score. 😂

@@highburyhoops6074 Oh I used to go there when it was called The Venue. I think it might have been called Jack's at one point too. I used to bribe the bouncers when it was The Venue to let me in, because I was only 15 years old.

I would be out 4 nights a week like a lot of other people. All the clubs were packed. Now it seems most of them are now flats and haven't been replaced.
