heh, i was just scrolling down to comment that i was actually impressed that essie didn't turn out another spring collection with 4 pinks, 1 red and a random pale color with a shimmer, but i guess i'm in the minority.

The OPI Expert Touch wipes are lint free and very absorbent. I get a lot more use out of each square than I have gotten from any other makeup wipe and it uses less polish remover too.

I’ve been dying to see these swatched! I saw them on Ulta’s website forever ago and was scared to buy them without any reviews. If you do a spring/summer collection for nine zero you would make this girl so happy if you do a living coral polish. Pinky coral with a strong gold shimmer is my idea of the perfect polish color!

I just love that shade tiers of joy, it's just so shimmery and holographic looking that's the type of shimmer that I want on my nails. So pretty😍

I've heard (but not proven) that it's a dupe. The new Sally Hansen Mega Strength line also has a similar one, called "Persis-tint". I bought that one but I bet this Essie one has a better brush and formula!!

Hands Down Ultra Nail and Cosmetic Pads are my favorite lint free polish removers. They are also plastic backed so I can use them without ruining an entire manicure say, on my toes or if I ruin one nail.

I love Teacup Half Full! It’s such a gorgeous milk-chocolate color. Try folding-up cheap coffee filters to remove your polish lint-free.

I have been VERY bored with mainstream collections lately. I just picked up two of the CG polishes from their spring collection and I think I may pick up 2 of the Orly spring collection, but aside from that, I'm just bored. I haven't bought a mainstream polish since last summer. I feel like the indie scene is really picking up speed on social media, and you have to think that those big brands see that. I'm surprised to see that very little effort seems to be moving towards more of an edgy formula/color range, even if it would be only a couple of polishes out of a whole collection.

Oh my goodness your cat looks so much like my cat that has passed away like two years ago. My Havic was a mainecoon cat. What I saw your cat is the same breed I think. Graham Handsdown Ultra Nail Pads are lint free and amazing. They’re a bit pricey though. I’ve also heard of people using felt, they buy a big piece and cut it into smaller squares. Apparently it works great to remove polish, it’s lint free, and super cheap!

I actually liked this collection. I realise it's not everyone's cup of tea. To be even more controversial, I use microfiber towels to remove my polish. Twi_star recommended it once and I've used it ever since. Just throwing it out there 😊

for a minimum look, I like sheers that look good but not necessarily opaque in one coat. slightly better than bare nails alone.

I agree this collection was pretty safe compare to Essie’s last couple collections. I think I’ll pick up Teacup half full since I don’t have many browns (maybe only 2?) and I actually think that shade would look good on my skin tone. Thanks for swatching 💜

I use cotton rounds, I think those are lint free anyway I don't have cotton fuzz when using them.

I just got my first essie nail polish and was expecting a brush like the ones these have, like a paddle brush or whatever, but mine was a thin regular brush and I was so disappointed because it sucks to paint. I thought essie always had the paddle brushes though so I'm confused???

Lol I thought this was a pretty innovative collection considering it's Essie but I'm ok being in the minority lol 😂 I really like the look of Tiers of joy. I think once I got spoiled by the beauty of indie brands it's hard to truly love mainstream polishes as they just don't have as much variety.. I still love Essie if I need classic shades for sure.
