Bad customer service, immediately after I placed the order, wrote in to request for changing of shipping method. The customer service attendant acknowledged my enquiry but don't even bother to provide solution or at-least cancel the order so i can replace a new order, instead they proceed to release the goods to following day. I need the parts for my project now i dont see the point anymore.
