I managed to open it now I can't close it back....

I bought my scratch brushes from Esslingers and can confirm that the more expensive Eurotools and Bergeon brands they sell are very high quality. I haven't tried their unbranded ones shown here, but Esslingers says they can be refilled, which is important ---- some of the cheap scratch brushes sold on fleabait and ramaclone (😉) are not refillable and the extend/retract mechanisms are of poor quality, prone to breaking. I did buy the brass and steel brush units as well, but rarely use them. For electronics repair, I prefer the fiberglas brushes.

My screw isn’t coming out of the bezel to open it up.. probably have to get creative before I strip the head

How to remove the winder out of an MTM wrist watch

This doesn’t look right to me. That is a very sharp angle to sharpen the 2 blade sides. To match the original angle the driver needs to be inserted much further in roller tool. Also, why would you “eyeball” anything. Place the blade on stone inside roller tool then use the magnifier to square up tip as you tighten tool. If you need to flatten the blade tip, adjust blade tip in the roller tool to be just past equal depth to roller wheels. Now you only have to hold the blade 90 degrees to stone to get a more perfect flat tip because you only have to eyeball on one axis. Personally, I would start with flattening the blade tip before sharpening the blades 2 angles.
