Essrou Dessi and Fufu , Basilic Africain, Cuisine Togolaise
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of pumpkin seeds pure
1 cup of puree African basil leaves
3 cups of vegetable of stock
1 big fresh onion grounded
4tbsp of Savourous Ginger powder
1 hot pepper grounded
3 cloves grounded
8 peppercorn grounded
2 tbsp of Bouillon
Salt (to taste)
Other seasoning (to taste)
Precooked meat. ( If it soft smoked fish, only add it to the soup midway not at the beginning of cooking)
Optional garnish (fresh sliced onion, fresh hot pepper, slice of fresh okra)
