I have double cirzenship. Born in Brazil but have Italian citizenship and Italian passport. I have a 10 year B1/B2 VISA valid to the U.S. in my Brazilian passport. Shall I apply for an ESTA in my Italian passport or that could be denied and have my Brazilian passport Visa canceled? Thanks

What visa type you need to have my 10 year old Hungarian nephew over to study here in the US. I am a childless US citizen and pay a lot to the School Board through numerous property taxes. I feel like a family member should benefit at least. Any idea for him to stay legally. Or he can just come over on an ESTA and stay only 90 days? It's not enough for school. Thanks
