Hi everyone! I’m excited to share that my husband and I successfully got our U.S. visas on 16/09/2024, even after his previous rejection six years ago. If you're applying for a U.S. or any other visa, having the right support can make a big difference. The visa agent we worked with made the process much smoother by handling our application and providing great interview preparation tips. Their guidance helped me feel confident despite my concerns about English.

@@iVisa_travelGood evening, thanks for the video, It's very useful. If the person who helped us request the US Visa filled up that we were going to stay in a hotel in Florida US for two weeks for June 2026, do you consider it would be convenient to start making reservations for that time in the hotel? Or can we say the interviewer that we are going to wait and see if the Visa is approved first and considering in how much the trip is away to happen? Thanks :)

Let her focus on home ties and employment in kenya rather than focusing on you. Let her do more mock interviews and watch Argo videos on a visa interview. Otherwise, she will be denied 214B
@iVisa_travel2 ай бұрын
Hello! She really needs to prepare her application and get all the requirements and supporting documents in place. The main thing visa officers take in account to approve or not the visa is the ties to her home country or country of residence. For example, if they can see she has a property in her country, and/or is studying (long-term) in a university in her country, and/or has a full-time job with a long-term contract, among other documents, it could help to make them see she has no intentions to overstay in the US. It also depends on her age, your relationship with her, among other factors.
@suprmekai52 ай бұрын
Thanks well you see Im sponsoring her and have already given her copy of my documents the invitation letter of course we also have an picture album of our time together the almost 2 years we have been together I have gone to Kenya three times since 2022 to visit her. @iVisa_travel2 ай бұрын
Hello there! Besides your work contract and having other ties to your home country to submit with your application, there are some key considerations about financial means: 1. Financial ability to cover expenses: Trip costs: Your bank statements should reflect that you have enough money to cover the costs of your travel, accommodation, and living expenses during your trip to the US. The amount will vary depending on the duration and nature of your trip, but it’s important to show that you can comfortably afford your stay. 2. Consistency: The financial information you provide should be consistent with the nature of your trip. For example, if you are staying for a few weeks, your bank balance should reasonably cover that period, including airfare, accommodation, and daily expenses. 3. Savings amount: There is no official minimum amount, but having a balance that covers your anticipated expenses for the trip (including some buffer) is advisable. For example, if your trip is expected to cost $3,000, having at least this amount or more in savings is reasonable. 4- Salary: There’s no set salary requirement, but your income should be enough to support your trip without it being a financial burden. A stable, consistent salary that reflects your professional or personal situation can positively influence your application. So, for example, if you're planning to stay in the US for 2 weeks, you should have enough money in your bank account to cover the hotel, flights, tourism activities, food and others. In this example: - Hotel $100 night = $1400 - Round-trip flights = $1200 - $40 for food per day = $560 - 20$ for Tourism and transport per day: $280 (This could be much more, but we're working with a minimum) Adding $3440 for the trip. So, you'd need to have at least this amount in your bank statements for the last 3 months as spare, besides your regular day-to-day home country expenses in your home country.

They discriminate against African countries so the visa interview is never how it is in this mocked interview...They're main goal is to refuse every applicant that day while making money off your application fee....You'll be lucky to have two to three people approved...
@iVisa_travel2 ай бұрын
Hello! It's true some African countries have higher refusal rates than others, but the important thing is that the applicant can prepare their application with enough time, and taking care of having strong ties to their residence or home country. Most applicants around the world get their visa denied because the officer can suspect they have intentions to overstay in the US. We advice that you apply only when your documents and application clearly demonstrate you're traveling for tourism purposes and that you need and want to go back to live in your home country (property ownership, long-term work contract, enough financials means in your home country, marriage and/or kids and family, long-term studies, and others)

@@iVisa_travel It appears that you aren't paying attention to the specific concerns being raised by people in the comment section. You keep referring to having strong ties, good financials, long term assets and what not. But that position only holds any value if one's documents are even collected or checked at all. If you really want to add value, you should speak to how to navigate the obvious prejudices against the so-called "some African countries". E.g., Is it better to dress in a certain way? Not to mention staying with a family in the US during one's trip? Not applying with a spouse? etc. Obviously, those other things that you have highlighted don't work because some people aren't given a fair chance.

You can show other financials means and ties to your home country. For example, being married and/or having kids, owning a house or property, being enrolled in long-term studies, etc.

@iVisa_travel2 ай бұрын
Hello! It can be hard, but if you really prepare your application and comply with the documentation, you can get approved. You need to make sure all your documentation proves you have ties to your home country and aren't planning to overstay in the US.

Hello! We'd need a bit more information about your circumstances, but based on what you've shared so far, it seems like you're in a good position to apply for a U.S. visa. To strengthen your application, you'll need to provide supporting documents that back up your claims, such as proof of your ongoing full-time studies, income statements from your parents, and any previous international travel stamps in your passport. It would also be helpful to include details like your planned U.S. travel itinerary and accommodation. Additionally, it's important to confirm whether your siblings obtained their work visas in the UK through legal means, with no history of overstaying or illegal residency, as this could be a factor in your application.
