Do you personally advocate for limited power of appointments to the surviving spouse for your QTIPs? If so, for what reasonable purpose does this serve? At the moment, the QTIP I have in mind only provides income to SS, and if I can avoid having to allow use of the the corpus, I’d prefer that. My thoughts on this are still evolving about this though. Thanks again.
