Best item I found was a metal vase at a yard sale for $0.25. It is engraved and signed. I've done some research but have not found anything yet. My gut tells me it is valuable. Best glass was a water goblet to my crystal when we got married in 1972. It was discontinued in the 1970s so I really lucked out. I just found you and subscribed. This video was soooo much fun. I am looking forward to many more.

My parents were married In 1943 and I have the toaster they want to housekeeping with, works perfectly. I think daddy msg have changed the cord because I believe most cords were cotton covered back then, so it is now over 78 years old!! Found a Hummel/gobel glass bell at a yard sale for 5.00.

Was helping my father tear down an old farm house barn.I found an old gold point fountain 🖋. It was in rabbit poo. After cleaning it up it was hand carved! Absolutely beautiful. My dad had it appraised. Was shocked at its value. He said it was from the 1700's.

Wow! Amazing! The best glass find I ever did was a red Aladdin Beehive oil lamp for around $34 and sold it for $500. And that was just for the font. Someone had stuck a candle in the burner and used it and so the burner was ruined. I need a butter dish, and the Baccarat would be great! You're very entertaining as well as enlightening!

The best glass I found was pretty much the first glass I ever found it was actually crystal… It was a Lalique vase and it was in a beat up shopping cart outside of a very small thrift store. The items in the shopping cart were each $.25 apiece. It was art deco looking so I liked it and I grabbed It not knowing it was Lalique. My sister who was shopping with me recognized it immediately! She helped me set up my eBay so I could start selling things that I found at the thrift store. It ended up being my very first sale! Now I’m hooked…

Glass and China are my favorite things to buy and sell. People think I am crazy because of the breakage possibility, but I find I thrilling. I am not sure it was my "best" find, but one of my favorites was a Murano fish aquarium sculpture piece. I was so brightly colored and nearly 12" tall, I just loved it. Purchased for $2.79.

Great video. I bought a lot of 4 boxes of Amber glass from the 70s. I paid $9 for The entire lot. There were 78 PC's in the lot. I'm STILL selling pieces off. The best piece was an Empoli Hobnail Decanter. Sold for $75. I've made over $250 off that lot so far and only sold 9 of the pieces.

I found a large new vintage Baccarat perfume bottle that I turned into a reed diffuser for my home. I bought an oil refill of my favorite scent Ernesto By Cire Trudon, Poured it in added the reeds and It is stunning!!! I love it!! You hit the jackpot!!!

I wanted to tell u about a great find my best friend found at a g-sale. She bought a cute little whatever box for $1, and when she got home she opened it and looked under this velvet piece of material that was covering the bottom and under that was a Real gold Cartier bracelet with the screwy thing. Just discovered you! Best glassware i ‘discovered’ was Cambridge wildflower crystal. They were my mom’s from the 1940s and I was using them on a too regular basis considering their value. I also put them in the dishwasher and lost some of the gold! I was young then. Now I carefully wash them by hand.

I would like to say that the best piece of 'glass' I found by chance was a beautiful Swarovski Christmas ornament from the year 2005 (a sad year for me) that I placed in a memorial garden that was made to remember those who passed away, in this case my mom. My fav thing to find are those little Waterford desk clocks. So often the clock face has been switched out. They're not crazy expensive to start, then they're hidden with a different clock face, there's tons of glass copies... Idk, I like to be right.

At the same sale I found a cigar box full of hand made, German marbles (over 200 with several shooters) and a banana box overflowing with hand blown whiskey and bitters bottles. There were a few embossed examples with most having applied tops and several with pontil marked bases. I gladly paid the man his asking price of $5.00 for each box of glass treasures. I don't think I'll ever find a bigger score for that price but I enjoy trying as often as I can!

The first glass item that I bought is a green uranium glass pitcher that I fell in love with at the first auction I ever went to. I just kept bidding because I really wanted it. Paid $75 for it. It got me started on this crazy reselling. Still love it!
