I love this song, it's ministering to me while I'm going through a painful divorce. I want the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, to guard my hearts and my minds in Christ Jesus. Jesus will keep me in perfect peace as I keep my mind steadfast, because I trust in the Lord. 2 Cor 10:5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. Jesus removed the pain and granted me joy happiness and all good things pertaining to life. Yet and still I rise. No more arguments, no more drama and no more harm. Amen Thank You!!

"Auto-Tune™" can be used to distort any voice to make it sound amazing or incredible. It isn't honest. Using "Auto-Tune™" is no different from the use of performance enhancing drugs/compounds/extracts etc at the Olympics to try and get gold medals. Both need to be banned!

Oh how I remember listening to this song severely wounded with a broken heart. I left my husband of 27 years because of emotional abuse. I appreciate the good times we did share. However in the end it was just too much for me to bare. This song would come on internet radio at work, I went out and bought the cd ( which I wore out in my car ). My heart ached more n more every time I listened to it. Tears would stream down my face n the gut wrenching pain would consume me. That was back in 2012/13. I moved across country n started my life all over again. Today I can listen without all the tears. It is such a beautiful song. Thank you Estelle.

Back in 2012, i was 17 years old dealing with teenage angst and gripping with my newfound freedom of coming outta the closet, I dealt with flaky company, my mom's disapproval and hatred of the LGBTQ, this song became my anthem, I sang my heart out, to myself, to the point I was close to tears. It was almost like I pictured singing these words to anyone who did me wrong and after the performance, I'd sashay away and give off the "I'm good" body language at them. It's almost like Lauryn Hill would record this but I'm glad Estelle brought this song to my ears. Almost channeled Lauryn on this song Thank you, sis🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I think every woman has been there, my hand is way up there, lol. I stayed in a marriage wayyyyyyyy too long. I wanted my children to grow up with both parents, just as I did. The only difference was my kids didn't have the great father I had and I didn't have the great husband my mom had. I thought my prayers and faith would change my husbands ways, but nope, that didn't happen. When I started being still and listening to God, I received the answers and its been years since those chains have been broken freedom of abuse is in my past. Thank God because I truly learned my lesson!

I listen to this a million times and I never get tired of it. I take “thank you” as a song telling men in reality that do me dirty that I appreciate all the romance they can give me but I’ll always know it’ll never be the last time I get my heart broke and that’s something I prepare myself for. Anytime I’m feeling down in the dumps over getting hurt by any man that’s when “thank you” by Estelle comes in and it’s the final words I say to every man that breaks my heart.

I immediately thought about this song when my child's father told me he slept with another woman. No lie it made me feel so much better. These tears I cry won't be the last...the pain inside never seems to pass. I was devastated but thank you for HELPING to make me a woman.
