Verse 8 really got me thinking! “And the king returned from the palace garden to the place where they were drinking wine, as Haman was falling on the couch where Esther was. And the king said, “Will he even assault the queen in my presence, in my own house?” The king was so blinded by his own anger he couldn’t even see a man begging for mercy but could only see a man doing more wrong. How many times have I been so blinded by my own anger? Unwilling to see a shift in my foe? Love this series!

I see this comment was written last year but it is still blessing others. I’ve been reading, re-reading & studying the book of Esther for weeks & never once have I put myself to in the shoes of the king to see what I could learn from that perspective. Thanks so much for this❤

These study series are fantastic! They truly help me understand each book so much better. Thank you for breaking each study down the way you do. I plan to the rest that you have in series format. Please continue to do more. They are so helpful. When you mentioned puffing an ego up of a family member thinking that you are being helpful is actually harmful and allowing God to deal with the outcomes was exactly what I needed to hear. I am going through a season and God let me to this specific series which relates to exactly what I am dealing with. I am blown away I truly am.

I'm studying Esther with a friend and searched for chapter studies. This study came up in the search a year after you made it. I started watching at chapter 6 to go with a video study I was watching on Right Now Media. That study did a couple of chapters at a time and I wanted something divided in individual chapters. This was a nice enhancement to what I had been doing in my study of Esther. God's Word and the study of it will endure forever!

I *love* pineapple on pizza. It's sweet when baked but if you add red pepper flakes and either ham or pepperoni, you have this amazing sweet/salty/spicy trifecta and it's perfection.

This is the book that really makes me fear god. When haman pleads to esther and his own gallows were announced i wonder if he haman was standing there when harbona told the king about the gallows i wonder if he repented of his sins. He would have been terrified
