In the story of Esther, she initially could not visualize how she could intervene in the situation as queen. When she released what she could do and trusted God to do the work, the situation turned in her favor. God was the plan and the solution. I have to rest in God believing that He will work His plan in His way and according to His timing. Thank you Melody for your practical applications they were extremely helpful to me.

The thing that stood out to me was that everyone who needed to be there was there and played their roles as God intended. I had a dream 2 nights ago similar to seeming like the enemy might win and that I couldn’t escape to the light/destination and I was SO CLOSE. The enemy was literally on my heels and God used it as a way to remind me that in the moments where it seems like the enemy is winning or gaining or seems to have a leg up, REMEMBER THE GOD YOU SERVE and as soon as you said God turns things around quickly I really had to just sit in that and give God His glory because NO ONE can compare to God and NO ONE can handle it like God can, praise Him!!

After church yesterday I felt prompted to read Esther, I finished it today and then saw the video you posted. I didn’t get the best news today regarding a timely situation, but I’m believing God to turn the situation all the way around. Hey Melody, to me Esther 7 was the climax leading to Haman's death following the build up from Esther 3. From Esther 3, I saw Haman as a man full of self and this led to his tragic end. He wanted to be praised, to be bowed down to and recognized as one the king honored and this filled him up so much that he resolved that anyone who does not honor him is not worth living (Mordecai). God reminded me that I too am full of self on so many occasions and I need to repent. My application is to recognize that I am sinful and with the help of the Holy Spirit to turn away from this specific sin of being full of self and beg of the Lord to fill me with Him, lest I end up dying and not just physically, but spiritually with my relationship with God and emotionally with my loved ones.

What stood out to me is trusting God even through the trial and not trying to “predict or find the How”. In deed this has been a constant message for sometime now. I am in a season where I have been waiting for a job now 5 months and it can get frustrating when you know you have done all that God has asked you to do in regards to application and all I have received is rejections. I have been burdened and frustrated by those emails and wondering what more can I do or how do I get out of unemployment but hearing this message reminds me to TRUST the Lord, TRUST His process and that whatever the enemy may intend for evil He will turn it around for my good. Thank you Melody your videos have been speaking so heavily to me during this season. ❤️

I highlighted Esther 7:10. My application is to realize that some of the things we think of as weapons against us could be God's provision for our victory. I do not need to get wrapped up in the how of things working out for my good. I can trust God's word and rest in His promises. I have a choice.

I have known about SOAP for years and did not like it, but doing this study with you, I've began to love it. To me what stood out to me was that Esther couldn't gotten ahead and told the King the plans sooner - before finding favor, but she had patience and self-control (fruits of the spirit). Sis. I've been seeing God's timing everywhere today! Crazy!! & The soap method is sooo popular! I use the R.E.A.P method to study. R: Read E: Explain A: Action P: Prayer R: Read a chapter, scripture, text, or verses. E: Write a brief summary explaining what I've learned. A: What action steps can l take to implement what I learned through reading the word? Literally creating an action plan to implement. P: Pray that God allows me to implement what I read. Or in some cases stop implementing what doesn't please Him.

Today bible study is another bold sign I've been getting from the Lord. I've been worrying too much on what's going to happen with the situation I'm in now! But God can turn everything around! Verse 3 and 4. God spoke through Easter ensuring her victory over the evil sceme Haman devised. The respectful manner in which Easter approached and spoke to the king became the strategy she used to remain in the king’s favor and secure her foe’s defeat. Life and death is in the tongue.

The verse you picked is the one that stuck out for me too. I think God was showing me the same measure you use to judge others is the one that will be used on you. Also that it's important to not let bitterness take root in your heart because when you're fixated on seeing the downfall of others that can become your outcome instead.

I’m so grateful to God. This episode randomly showed up in my notification on Tuesday night (you released it yesterday) and I had a really hard day that ended with crying out to God. I thought I didn’t have anything left in me so I decided to aimlessly play a game on my phone to get my mind off of the “how” in my current circumstances. ANYWAY! 2 & 3 stood out to me because it felt like God was telling ME that I can have whatever I ask Him for (v. 2) as long as I’m asking it it pleases him (v. 3) aka is in His will. This will change me because I won’t pray and doubt. I won’t be timid. I will revisit some prayers I wrote out at the end of last year where I attached scripture and allow the Holy Spirit to show me what needs to be corrected. And I’ll read those prayers with scripture attached as my daily affirmations so I that I know I’m praying the word of God over my desires and it’s not all about me. Thank you for being obedient and posting this. I’m sure you got some backlash from the adversary while trying to record, edit, and upload!

God has been speaking to me about His merited favour and today morning I was reading the book of( Esther 2)how Esther found favour from everyone now we see how she still finds favour in verses 1 and 2 before the King. This teaches me that God can honor and favour us before Kings and everyone. I pray for the same grace of favour to be bestowed in our lives as we trust in God.

Ok so I also chose verse 9..... But my observation was that what you do and say matters. If you put out negative words for someone else it can come back and be used against you so it's important to speak life. My second observation was that God fights my battles. In the application I recognize that I have to speak life and surrender to my sovereign God. And in surrendering I no longer have to worry about making the perfect decisions. And the second application, by speaking life I know that the process of surrender becomes more healthy and something I can enjoy rather than just endure. It's so true that 2 people can read the same text and God can reveal different things. Thanks? Melody!
