I have learned that each book of the Bible carries the message of salvation. When you expounded on the swift delivery of the edict to all the provinces and to all languages it depicts the great commission. And by people declaring themselves as Jews give me the picture of those who accept Jesus as Lord and saviour. Very inspiring exposition indeed!

Thanks for the study. Can't help but notice that chapter 8 ending with a banquet, in faith that all will work out for the Jews good and God's Glory. Just like we anticipate, the banquet with the Lamb of God at the end of the age. For all God's people and His Glory.

Talking about people proclaiming they were Jews. I believe in all 3, but my mind in part went straight to people seeing God's amazing will and being in aw and wanting to be part of it!

First of all God bless you and all of you here. ❤ One thing I have learnt is that just like how Mordecai had so much faith in God and they worked hand in hand with Esther whom God gave wisdom in speaking and handling matters before the king..it is the faith of one man mostly that saved thousands of people and the none Jews wanted this association because they saw the God of the Jews working..even us in this world that may seem hopeless so many people feel hopeless but if you carry on in God which is a life full of hope you flourish you are content you are growing and it may be a wonder so much so to people but when they know that it is your relationship with God that is keeping you why would they not want to associate with you and through you they know who God is ❤

This is such an interesting idea that God rather than take away our decree for death, He then takes it upon Himself to suffer for us. That is and incredible comparison to what the king's decrees provided. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on that.

God granted the Jews immense favour after they faster and prayed asking for his help. Haman was hanged in Mordecai's place and his vast wealth is given to Esther. Their mourning was replaced with joy and gladnesss. We should go to God when we feel like all is lost. He is able to turn around 360 degrees.
