The information of the form which number you filled on your visa interview schedule will be displayed before the VO You don’t need to delete your old form however you should as soon as possible before 72-48 hours update your visa interview appointment with the new DS 160 form number

Yes, you’ll need to know where you’ll be attending an interview to choose the location on the form. You can submit the form at least 72-48hrs before your interview which gives you room to change the location before submitting if you need to switch from Lagos to Abuja or vice versa
