My evening routine is washing my face, and then using an Olay serum, Olay cream for eyes, and Olay retinol moisturizer. I don’t have time for all of this, wish I did.

These are so many steps but i do my lazy girl routine🤭After Double cleansing I use simple refreshing facewash which is gentle to my skin & doesn't dry out the skin and the I use simple Hydrating light moisturiser which is so good makes my skin look glowy and bouncy and then I go to bed and my skin looks radiant & soft in the morning 💙

Question: during the daytime do you wear sunscreen without makeup over it? If so, does your hair stick to your face? This happens to me so I always have to put powder over it which makes me not able to reapply sunscreen

Thank you darling! I so appreciate it and I’m so happy your skin is happy. I do! I rarely wear makeup. This can definitely happen if your spf is super moisturizing or thick.. it can be hard to formulate a super lightweight spf especially with a very high level of uv protection. But I have a few light weight favorites that dry down to more of a satin finish like the nimbuzin pure full calming spf, and the drmtlgy mineral daydream spf, summer fridays mineral spf .

You are so beautiful! I love your videos and have purchased a few products from your recommendations and I love them! I do have a question though. Why do you use a retinitoid eye cream when you have tretinoin? Can’t you just take the tretinoin and apply very slightly to the eye area?

Thank you so much love! Good question. Actually When I worked in a derm office patients were often told to put it under their eyes for wrinkles.. but For one the skin there is much thinner and far more easily compromised. If that area becomes compromised I could actually end up creating more wrinkles.. it can be hard to get the moisture back under the eyes. Some optometrists advise that it can dry out the oil glands on the eye lids around the eyes, which help with tear production and keeping the eyes comfortable and moisturized ( I don’t know the technical term for those specific glands) So I’ve just made the choice to use something that is gentler and formulated specifically for under the eyes and I’m still just very careful not to bring the product up too close to the last line.

Does LED mask and tretinoin cause side effects? I've been wanting to get LED mask but I'm skeptical because I use tretinoin 0.5% with Vanicream in my PM routine. You've been my inspiration to use Tretinoin and it has done me real good. I've seen the positive results of LED mask and want to buy. Please help. Im in a dilemma😵‍💫

My doubt is that after using a cleansing oil, will we need to wipe it off with a tissue paper, then wash with facewash or directly facewash only ?

Massage the cleansing oil to dry skin, then add a little water and continue to massage it in. Rinse it off. Cleanse with water based cleanser.

I recently started using medical grade retinol and I am getting burns on my face, however it is helping with acne.. any suggestions?

It’s compromising your barrier. You can buffer it by applying your moisturizer first and then use the retinol. Or even take a break from the retinol until your skin heals and just incorporate it less days in a week and gradually work your way up to using it more. Your skin is compromised because it’s not used to something so strong so consistently.

The ointments are an occlusive that sit on top of the lips to lock in moisture. But if your lips don’t have moisture there’s nothing to lock in. I’d apply a hydrating toner/serum even moisturizer on your lips. Then apply the ointment or lip mask. I have a video on lip slugging too.

Yess a good quality led mask is worth it if it fits your budget. You have to use it consistently for any result but yesss I love it. ❤️❤️

It may be the specific oil or cream you’re using. You may not have the right products for your skin.

Do you think tranzemic acid is better then azelic acid?

I don’t think one is better necessarily as I often use them together! Tranexamic acid blocks pigment and it doesn’t exfoliate. While azelaic acid mildly exfoliates, helps with redness, mild acne, and pigment. I guess it depends what you’re going for and what your skin can tolerate. ❤️❤️

Yes! Definitely. Not everyday but it happens sometimes. I kind of like it I want all that skin to come off 😂.. and it honestly just comes off in the shower.. also it’s not intense peeling (or irritating) that interferes with my other skincare/makeup like it was when I first started.

Try mixing coffee with roasted turmeric milk or yogurt for the tan 😉 this is just what I do but if ur sensitive to these things best u don’t do it For brighten skin, use vitamin c serums, drink plenty of water, try finding serums specifically aimed to brighten

It’s just well moisturized and protected..When I go to sleep with well moisturized skin it decreases trans epidermal water loss throughout the night, reduces chances of irritation from any actives im using, and allows me to wake up with a healthy intact skin barrier, which gets even more important as I age, because my skin will inevitably get dryer. There is a purpose. And I’d rather look “oily” at night, so I can wake up with the healthy skin I want.
