Its's wonderful! Five kilometres of people going to the event. I feel proud to be part of a nation that can rally so many people from all corners of the world to share the joy of singing. Especially without drugs, drink or religious zeal. It has no comparision. We have just been watching Glastonbury in England, there is no comparision where fun is more important than fashion.

Meie rahva laulupidu on ülendav kuulda nii vihmas kui päikese all. See teeb meid uhkeks et oleme eestlased. Our national songfestival is pleasant to listen and watch under sun or under rain. It is making us happy . I am proud to be Estonian.

Suurepärane video! Kuni neljakümnenda sekundini kõlab muusika, mis ka suurepäraselt sobib, filmist Kon Tiki, mida näitas ka hiljaaegu ETV. Loo autoriks on Johan Söderqvist.

This event is super awesome and all but they only show the singing part in this video which bothers me a little bit. I mean the dancer at the festival practice incredibly long hours to learn all the dances needed to be performed and they get there a week earlier to practice 12+ hours a day and the singers show up a day before to practice for 2 hours. And there are always more people and the singing concerts than at the dancing ones. I dont have anything against the singers or the festival I love it. But I just feel like people just pay more attention to the incredible dances we do there.

Please teach me someone, why do they sing Carmina Brana in their celebration?
As of 2019 sorry to say that but this is last party before collective madness started i mean cv19 and party should be free for all not some freaking capitalists makes a lot of money out of patriotic feelings
