Hubby and I visited Estrella Mountain Ranch from Florida and I LOVED IT!!❤️Arizona is so dry compared to Fla but the beautiful lake by the mountains was what really impresses me and the clubhouse. Newland Communities are always very nice. Thank you for the video😊

If you were to purchase a home within this community do you have access to all those amenities or does it depend on where you’re home is located in it?

Yes, amenities are included. If you pay into the HOA all should be included with the exception of Golf as that’s an additional charge.
