They gave an example... They were not world firsts for most of the raid content in BC, but they -were- world firsts on Black Temple, when they spent 16-18 hours a day there until they killed Illidan. They went out specifically when Black Temple opened that they wanted to be the world firsts there, like they were with Naxxramas. Otherwise, yes, they have a normal raid schedule.

Nihilum did get world 3rd on kil'jaeden but nihilum is still ranked 1st for best guild because of there 23 qorld first. SK only has 4.

mwah, that aint true , some ppl, like that druid they have in the arena vid where they introduce eachother, is fat yes.. but i swear these guys do work out, and "only" raid 5h a day , so tbh if u arent grinding hard core or something w/e then they only play 'bout 5-6h a day, that wont cause u to get obese when u run for an hour a day =P
