1. First check that you have the cracked version 2. If yes then try again by carefully follow the steps specially turn off your antivirus and windows security as mentioned in the video 3. At the end of your installation a window will open as shown in the video first press f4 then wait 1 to 2 minutes and then again press f4 and wait again and when you see that window is showing some code don't close it and open the Etabs software Hopefully after that you will not face the issue
