Short Circuit Device Duty is performed to choose the selectivity of power system equipment. IEC 60909 is used to perform 3-phase fault, L-G, L-L, L-L-G faults.
In this video, the purpose and difference between Device Duty and IEC 60909 faults are explained with the help of ETAP simulation software.

The results of both cases are supposed to be totally same right? between min SC and min SC with no load. However, why the result you showed are not same each other? Could you please advise? Thank you.

Ideally both will be same; provided that the connected loads are considered same for both the cases.. since the c-factor will be same as 0.95.. However, the no-load condition is defined by the user where the connected loads are decided based on operational philosophy,, accordingly results may come different from MIN SC. case..
