Watching this back after the event was quite a good thing to do. I hated the slog of the Jambaz as i was on my own in the wind for most of it, the scenery on the descent was lovely though. I agree on the Col de Cou, i found that way more taxing than the Feu. I aim to come back and enjoy them without time pressure at some point!

Its good to reflect. So much so that I rode the Ramaz and the JP last Saturday to convince myself that I was just having a bad day in the heat on the Etape day. It worked! Thanks for watching.....again!
