What happenes to direct burial of 1KV conductors? How do you do the thermal analysis / Ampacity calculations? There is no duct bank?

Dear ETAP Software, Please shed some light on the case of laying cables directly buried in the ground without conduit. . How can we do thermal analysis for this case (because by trying different methods; i haven't been able to lay the cables without conduit in etap)
